About the Book
I've never loved the idea of trying to juggle it all nor the chase for the elusive work life balance. When life feels "off" and we start aiming for work life balance what I think we are really chasing is alignment. By alignment I mean knowing what you really want and making progress toward it.

You can have it all without having to suffer through the guilt, burnout, and exhaustion that plagues most people who are busy trying to run a business and still have a family and life outside of it.
With a deep admiration for dancers who "go full out" and hold nothing back, the author shares her personal journey of how she changed her mindset in order to change her life and offers valuable insights and guidance on how to not only overcome but also welcome the challenges of motherhood and running a business. Some truths she discovered along the way:
It’s not always possible to “just do it” without first uncovering “why” you’re not already “just doing it”.
No matter how many people depend on you, you have to take care of yourself first, and that doesn’t make you selfish, it makes you responsible.
Work doesn’t have to always be exhausting. It’s allowed to be fun and easy.
If you’re ready to take your life and your business to a whole new level while cutting your stress levels and making time for the things that really matter, then this book is for you. Through a combination of fresh perspectives and hands-on exercises you’ll find inspiration and practical guidance to help you not just survive, but actually thrive.
